Ingredients:

2 scoops of rasberry yogurt and protein powder

4 strawberries

15 blueberries
-
16 ounces of nonfat milk fortified with Vitamin D

½ cup of ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For a thicker shake, add more ice cubes.
