Calcium-Rich Recipe: Summer Strong Shake
Summer Strong Shake
- 2 scoops of raspberry yogurt and protein powder
- 4 strawberries
- 15 blueberries
- 16 ounces of nonfat milk fortified with Vitamin D
- ½ cup of ice cubes
Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For a thicker shake, add more ice cubes.
