Salmon Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces potatoes, boiled
  • 2 3¾ ounce cans salmon
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper

 
 
 
Directions:
Mash potatoes. Mix in salmon, parsley, flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties and dust with flour. Heat oil in frying pan, and cook patties 4 minutes each side.
