Summer Strong Shake
Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of raspberry yogurt and protein powder
  • 4 strawberries
  • 15 blueberries
  • 16 ounces of nonfat milk fortified with Vitamin D
  • ½ cup of ice cubes

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. For a thicker shake, add more ice cubes.
